Is this you?
You work with owners of established, owner-led companies, usually 3 to 20 million in revenue, 25 to 120 people. You help them with the hard part: a leadership team that owns outcomes, a rhythm that surfaces problems early, a strategy that actually gets executed, and a company that leans on the owner less every quarter.
Whatever framework you use, the work is the same. You might be:
A business or scaling coach for owner-CEOs
A fractional COO or integrator
A leadership-team coach or facilitator
An advisor who helps owners build a company a buyer would pay for
And you already put yourself out there: a newsletter, webinars, a podcast.
Probably not a fit if you mainly work with startups or consumer brands, or if your work is the deal itself: valuations, tax or finding buyers.
Who’s listening
Owners who expect to sell, step back or hand over in the next three to seven years, and haven’t started the work yet.
The same owners you serve. Just more of them, and many who haven’t heard of you.
Straight talk about a brand-new show
Worth Selling, Worth Keeping is recording its first season now. I won’t pretend otherwise: there’s no back catalogue and no download count to show you yet.
What there is:
- A small, hand-picked line-up for season one
- Featured placement for every season-one guest
- A say in who comes on next, because I’ll ask you to nominate peers
- Promotion across LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube
Early guests get the most attention. That’s the deal.
I’ll sprinkle your interview around the internet like confetti at a wedding.
Clips on LinkedIn, the full episode on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube with a link to your offer at the top of the show notes, and a send to my network. The aim is simple: as many of the right owners as possible hearing what you do.
What you get
A relaxed 15–20 minute conversation
You get the questions in advance, so there are no surprises.
Short clips cut for LinkedIn
Ready for you to post.
Your offer in the show notes
A direct link to your free resource, near the top of the show notes on every platform.
Airtime for your free resource
Question 6 is yours to point listeners to it.
Distribution through my network
Of owners and advisors.
Warm introductions
To people who should know you, where it makes sense for both sides.
The 7 questions
The whole interview is seven questions in a carefully ordered sequence.
- Who is your ideal client?
- What is the problem you solve?
- What are the typical symptoms people experience with that problem?
- What are the common mistakes people make when trying to solve that problem?
- What’s one top tip or free action that won’t solve the whole problem but moves listeners a step in the right direction?
- What’s one valuable free resource you can point people to that will help them even more with this problem?
- What’s the one question that I should have asked you that would give great value to our audience? (And the answer please!)
That’s it. I’ll make it fun. Promise.
Your host
I’m Marian Wulz.
I work with owners of companies doing 3 to 20 million in revenue on the part of the business a buyer pays for: a leadership team that owns outcomes, a rhythm that surfaces problems early, and numbers that don’t live in one person’s head.
Yes, we probably serve the same owners. Good. Some of the people who listen to me will never work with me but might be a perfect fit for you, and the same is true the other way round. I’d rather share an audience than fight over one.

Questions guests ask
Anything else? Email marian@marianwulz.com and I’ll add the answer here.
Is there a pre-call before the recording?
No. The seven questions are your briefing, so we go straight to the recording.
When does the episode go live?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks after we record. You’ll get the date by email once it’s scheduled, and every link and clip on the day.
Where do the show notes live?
With the episode on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. Your free resource is linked near the top, on every platform. There’s no separate episode page on my website.
Can I mention my event, programme or book?
Yes, briefly at the end, and I’ll link it in the show notes next to your free resource. If it’s tied to a date, we record early enough for the episode to go live before it.
Can you book through my Calendly, or with my assistant?
Of course. Send the link or copy in your assistant, and I’ll propose three times from your calendar.
What do I need for the recording?
A browser, headphones and a quiet room. We record on Riverside, nothing to install. An external mic helps but isn’t required.
Can I take something out after we record?
Yes. If anything comes up that you’d rather not have published, tell me after the recording and I’ll cut it.
Can I reschedule?
Sure. Reply with a couple of new times and I’ll make one work.
Is there a cost?
No. Not for you, not for me.
